Trip to Dhaulchina in Uttarakhand

Dhaulchina is a small village located in Almora district of Uttarakhand surrounded by lush green forests. This beautiful village is situated at a height of approx. 5983 ft. from sea level. One can enjoy majestic and panoramic view of the Himalayan peaks from View point and is an ideal destination for nature lovers. Dhaulchina is rich in its flora and fauna and one can enjoy bird watching and wild life. I personally have spotted a leopard while driving through the area and have shared the moment through a separate post - "Leopard of Binsar".
Where to stay
One of the best places to stay is Binsar Eco Camp which is owned and managed by Ravi and Gaurav. The staff here is very efficient. I had been visiting this place since 2012 and every time they amaze me with their hospitality and generosity. The package they provide is very affordable and includes lodging with food and other activities i.e. Jungle Trek and River side picnic.
